Ordering and Shipping

  • All orders are packed with care and love from our HQ in Geelong Australia.

  • Yes, we do! Current International shipping locations include New Zealand, The US and Canada.

    International shipping times vary depending on your location, but you'll receive tracking to follow your parcel’s journey.

  • Orders are usually dispatched using Australia Post within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping in Australia typically takes 2–8 business days. Express is faster—usually 1–4 business days.

  • We offerflat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia-wide, and international rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping is FREE on Aussie orders over $100 and Internationaln orders over $200 (AUD)

  • Absolutely. As soon as your order is packed, you’ll receive tracking details straight to your inbox.

  • Yes! if you live in Geelong or nearby we offer Free store pickup. Simply select this option and we will be in contact with you to arrange a pick up time for your order.

  • If you live in Geelong or Torquay, we offer FREE local delivery Simply select this option at checkout and we will be in contact with you via SMS to confirm your delivery. Our local delivery day is Friday only.

Product and Usage

  • Yes! Everything at Me Mama I is carefully selected and mama-approved. However, please note that some products are specifically formulated for postpartum recovery and may not be suitable during pregnancy. We always recommend checking the product descriptions and, when in doubt, consulting your healthcare provider. We only stock trusted brands and items we’d use ourselves.

  • The comb is a natural pain relief tool using acupressure. Hold it in your palm during contractions with the teeth facing in to your palm —it distracts the nervous system and can reduce perceived pain.

  • Our essential oil rollers are thoughtfully blended with pregnancy-safe essential oils and nourishing carrier oils like fractionated coconut or jojoba. Every product is carefully labelled, and you’ll find a full ingredient list on each product page.

    ✨ Some blends are designed especially for labour or the postpartum period, so we always recommend checking which stage they’re intended for. And as with any topical product, we suggest doing a patch test first, just to be safe.

  • Yes! From scar balms to supportive postpartum wear, we’ve got you. Check out our “Postpartum” section for curated recovery essentials.

  • We stock soothing nipple balms, breast warmers, and lactation support items. We’re here to help make your breastfeeding journey as smooth as possible.

  • Yes—but it depends on the blend! Ourpregnancy teas are specially formulated with ingredients traditionally used to support each trimester (like raspberry leaf for third trimester prep). You’ll find clear usage guidelines on each product page. If you’re unsure, check with your midwife or OB first.

  • We don’t recommend startinglactation teasuntil after birth, as some herbs can stimulate milk flow and uterine contractions. Once baby is here and feeding, they’re a nourishing way tosupport milk supplyand hydration.

  • Definitely! Many of our products areperfect for baby showers, mums-to-be, or postpartum care. You can even leave a gift message at checkout.

  • We don’t currently offer gift wrapping as an option, but if you’re purchasing a gift, you can leave a personalised gift message at checkout—we’ll include it with love.

Ordering and Payment

  • If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us at [your email here] ASAP!

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it for you. Once it’s out the door, you’ll need to follow our returns process.

  • Absolutely! We want you to feel completely confodent in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return or exchange with 30 days. Please read what can I return FAQ fro further clarification.

  • Items, must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products like perineal sprays, nipple creams,or underwear.

  • Yes. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer refund on any shipping costs.
