We utilise Australia Post to deliver our items. Standard delivery timeframes for parcel delivery within Australia are 5-7 business days.

Oh no this is the worst isn’t it! Don’t worry, just take a photo of your item and send it to hello@memamai.com.au along with your proof of purchase. Once we have reviewed your item we will be in contact to arrange replacement.

Products stocked on the ‘Me Mama I’ website are deemed to be pregnancy safe with the exception of the fertility roller oil blend which should only be used during the preconception stage. There are also many products that are specific to certain stages of pregnancy.

At ‘Me Mama I’ the health and safety of your pregnancy is our priority. We are not qualified medical practitioners and so if you do have any questions or concerns relating to the safety of these products we strongly encourage you to discuss with your care provider before making a purchase

Products have been categorised by trimester on our site for ease of navigation. Note that not all products are able to transition with you through your pregnancy journey. The ‘Morning’ oil roller blend is safe for use in the first and second trimester but may impact milk supply when used in the third trimester and beyond. The Clary sage candled oil blends are not considered safe to utilise before 37 weeks. Please read all product descriptions carefully when purchasing.

We do also ship to New Zealand. However this is currently our only international shipping location.
