Shipping Policy

Hey Mamas,

We know you’re super keen to get your order and we are super committed to get these out to you as quickly as possible. The below outlines our shipping policy and procedure

Currently Me Mama I ships to customers located in Australia and New Zealand via our chosen carrier Australia Post. We will endeavour to send all orders no later than one business day after purchase. If we are unable to meet this timeframe you will be notified via email within 1 business day from the time of your purchase.

For Geelong and Surf Coast local customers, (VIC), we offer free pick up AND free delivery. Note that delivery days are Fridays only. To arrange free delivery, please select ‘local pickup’ as your shipping option and we will make contact with you directly to confirm delivery details including your address and delivery time if preferred/applicable.

For all other customers, delivery times with Australia Post will vary depending on where you are situated but orders within Australia should be received within 5-7 business days and New Zealand 9-12 business days subject to Australia Post’s delivery capabilities at the time of purchase. Note that we do not currently offer Express Shipping to New Zealand,

Once you have received shipping confirmation from us you will be required to liaise directly with Australia Post for any concerns relating to delivery timeframes, lost or damaged parcels.

Cost of shipping will be clearly displayed on our checkout screen and added to your order at the time of purchase. This cost of shipping is subject to change at any time based on carrier fees stipulated by Australia Post.
